From Loveland to State Road 48 south:

1. Take West Loveland Avenue through Loveland.
2. Cross bridge into Old Loveland.
3. After bike trail and railroad tracks at traffic
   light, turn right onto SR 48 south 
   (Marathon Station and fire house),
4. Go 1 block to next traffic light and make
   left turn onto East Broadway.
5. Drive straight to next intersection and at
   traffic light turn left onto Oakland (St. Columban
   Church and school on left).
6. Drive straight 1.2 miles (into country setting).
7. Turn right onto Paxton Road (just past Millbrook 
   Farms subdivision on right).
8. Second driveway on the left and is marked "6960".
